"I stayed one night in this hotel and write this review with pleasure. Although I came to the hotel late night, I was impressed with the very friendly reception of the staff who I have found to be very polite and willing to do everything that would make the guest comfortable. From helping with the baggage at the time of checking in or out to finding a taxi and everything I need as guest, the assistance and attention I received was exemplary. "

The hotel is supremely well run and their careful attention to detail is very evident in everything from the decor, food, drinks and cocktails, service, and even to the background music. "We were very lucky to book the corner suite with a huge L shaped balcony with views of Bosphorus, Galata tower and bridges connecting Asia side to Europe side of Istanbul. Amazing panoramic views .
Also the staff were very kind and helpful, specially İlker at the reception he even gave his own metro, bus card for us to travel. That was a great gesture . "
