Although I came to the hotel late night, I was impressed with the very friendly reception of the staff who I have found to be very polite and willing to do everything that would make the guest comfortable. The hotel is supremely well run and their careful attention to detail is very evident in everything from the decor, food, drinks and cocktails, service, and even to the background music.
