"Montecristo is a great place within the quivira territory. Nice houses with lots of space.
However we needed several things fixed during our stay. AC didn’t work properly, grill had to be checked up 3 times, electric stove didn’t work, microwave was broken. This isn’t the standard you would expect for a high daily rate "

"I came for my first time as a solo female traveler and although I was a bit nervous, my stay was great. I didn’t really need to leave the resort , they had alot of things to stay entertained. They had nice pools one which was more for family and the other was looking towards the beach which was more party like adult and on top of that they had themed pool parties on a whole different area which were fun! I also read they have a water park for families with kids. They had family entertainment through out the nights , karaoke night, performances & various selection of food. The food and drinks were just okay in my opinion but overall good. Take your hydroflasks to keep your drinks cold! The rooms were very nice and clean. I felt very safe as a solo female and the staff were very respectful and professional. I would definitely stay here again."

"Our honeymoon stay at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica was absolutely unforgettable. The views from the resort is insane. Shuttles to the sister resorts (also amazing) were provided and we never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. Food and drinks were so good!
From the moment we arrived the service was amazing. Yoana and Isaias in the VIP Lounge were so kind and attentive. At Siempre Restaurant, Oscar and Marcos made our breakfast experience perfect. Our room was always spotless thanks to Miriam (we loved the uniquely folded towels & blankets). And we can’t say enough good things about our butlers, Itimar and Rodrigo. They were incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and made our honeymoon stress-free and feel so luxurious. They answered any questions we had so quick! Every single staff member we encountered made our experience truly memorable. We’re so grateful for their hospitality and can’t wait to stay again!"
"Awesome hotel, fun and great vibes. Pools are fun, food was good, staff very accommodating, One of my better Mexico hotel experiences. Only things I can pick apart is it’s kind of in the middle of nowhere so transportation is expensive and be ready to be offered to buy membership upsells or packages. Other then that, awesome resort. "A very pleasant and memorable stay. Highly recommend Peninsula Restaurant on site. In daytime the swimming pool area can be loud due to loud music play. At night is very quiet and serene. Will go back!"
