"We got the ocean view and on same building as the restaurant that serve breakfast and lunch which was perfect location and by the pool. Room was clean but wish i could if book the suite, all inclusive, first time here and will definitely be back"

"Our first stay at the RIU Palace in Cabo was at the adults-only Baja California, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. We’ve done a lot of all-inclusive cruises, but not many on land, so this was a different kind of trip for us. The resort itself was nice and open-air. The service and staff were excellent and friendly at all times, the rooms were spacious, and there were plenty of dining options throughout our stay. The biggest pluses were the nice pools, beautiful views, lots of food, and clean, well-appointed rooms. Just a few nitpick things. First, it’s 2026, and the Wi-Fi should be strong everywhere, but ours dropped every two to three minutes in most of the resort. Second, it would have been nice to have a few more vegetarian options, though I was still able to find something at most places. Third, the drink package is a nice perk, and the Elite package gives you better brands, but drinks like piña coladas, mai tais, and mojitos had a strange, perfume-like smell. Tropical drinks were a mess, and the wine selection was weak. Beer and straight hard drinks were fine. The biggest letdown was the entertainment. Compared to a cruise, it’s subpar. There aren’t many activities, and most of the shows are dancing and lip-syncing. If you like to sit by the pool, relax, and have food included, this place works great. If you want more activity or better entertainment, there may be better options. Overall, I’d give it an 8 out of 10. A very pleasant place to stay and take "

"Wifi was spotty and not reliable. Went to 3 different restaurants at 7:00pm and was told they were full for the night, had people waiting for tables. Some info at checkin about the process would have helped. First time at this property but wegave stayed next door at the adults only Location and it was much better service and wifi."

"The apt is clean, wi-fi is fast, swimming pool and hot tub were nice. It is quite noisy in the night due to traffic. One night, there was a car's alarm went off for several hours. Barely slept. We lived 7 nights, coffee was gone after 3rd day, garbage bags were gone after a couple days. We asked if we can get resupplied, with the linen and towel. We were told we have to pay $45 usd to have the service. They did come by to drop off 3 more garbage bags which didn't last long. We have to buy the bags by ourselves. On Saturday, we were going to pay for the service, but they were off. The bed is pretty old and small. The location is nice."

"Property was good, location is far from the airport, I strongly recommend you a car rental, we used a taxi at the hotel and driver wasn’t very kind, room was spacious and terrace had a great view to the pool. They don’t have ice machines so you have to request room service if you need ice, Umo and Toro restaurants were great."
