Across the road from the train station which a 20 minute trip to the main centre of Birmingham. Traditional British breakfast was delish fast service, complimentary tea and coffee in the lounge. "

"The building is absolutely stunning, especially lit up with Christmas lights. Every staff member was incredibly polite, even the boy mopping the floors was happy to answer questions. The room was clean and spacious, the views were great. The breakfast was good quality. The only negative comment I had was that the coffee is not good. Stick to the juices for breakfast! "
