"We only had a few nights at the Motor House, while we attended to some business locally, but would have liked to stay longer! Absolutely splendid accommodation. Lots of space, beautifully set out with everything you might need. Beautiful location too. Very quiet with great views all round."

Unfortunately at the moment there's a lot of room for improvement and the price didn't reflect that. The cleanliness level was not brilliant and the space was extremely cold. You are provided with a small gas heater, however it simply isn't capable of heating the space on a cold night. The bedding is summer weight, and there is no insulation, so the cold really bites. "All fine and dandy. Room and decor a little dated but super clean and everything we needed. All staff were really friendly but the star is the incomparable Linda. I really hope you are paying her enough because she is a gem! Nothing was too much trouble even won over my usually reserved, sons. So helpful , so attentive to all guests. She is the reason I would stay again. Thankyou"
