"The full cooked breakfast was amazing, i couldn't fault it, single room was small but clean and comfy. very friendly owners , and 2 lovely dogs who came to greet me. Overall i enjoyed my stay, and if im ever back in the area i would definately stay again. "

"Excellent check in service. Reception very helpful and informative. We upgraded our room to a delux king room 18. Room looked very tired, net curtain ripped at the window. Bucket chair by window very stained it had been cleaned but lots of old stains showing, didn't want to put my clean clothes on the chair. Bathroom clean but once again the room was very tired. Used the spa facilities and all good. The hotel room basically needs a refurb."

"We stayed in the Abberley room, which seems to be the largest and nicest of the rooms. There is ample space and the bathroom is very large (double shower and a bath). The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is in the countryside, so you get lovely views of the hills - but be aware there is nothing much around until you get to one of the nearby towns. "The room was nice and clean. Very noisy throughout the night tho, e.g banging of doors and when somebody flushed their toilet in the next room you thought a tsunami was about to happen! Regarding the bar menu I ordered a lasagne with chips and salad, very average, didn’t enjoy. Nice bar area tho with a big tv playing the football. "
