Thé hôtel is good, clean and close to the airport. There are no hotels at Charleroi airport. . But thé hôtel staff has put in place a free shuttle bus to/from the hotel to/from the airport. The staff was really helpful to arrange to pick me up at the airport, and bring me back the next day for my flight. 5 stars responsive and helpful for the service

The room was really nice and clean. There was the availability of housekeeping everyday but could be declined if you didn't want it. Breakfast was nice too. The property is situated right outside the Diegem station so accessibility is super easy, whether you're coming from the airport or from the city center, with trains approximately every half an hour. Located in central Luxembourg, this 5* hotel was the perfect luxury base for a weekend visit. From the outside the hotel looks dated, but after checking in, you can enjoy newly refurbished facilities. The rooms were very large and had plush furnishings. The only down side at the hotel was that the spa/pool/gym facilities have not been brought up to scratch, they did feel dated and did not match the rest of the hotels facilities. Excellent hotel which we use couple of times a year

Booked last-minute due to a cancelled flight. Staff were friendly and offered a breakfast bag when we said we were leaving early. Room was really big for the price we paid and spotless.

Lovely hotel very conveniently located by the airport. Rooms spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable. Perfect for an overnight by the airport.

A lovely room with super comfortable beds, well designed. Although parking costs spare €19, in fact you can park free outside the building on the street.

Good price as compare to other hotels in Luxembourg. Can take bus from the airport from around 2 minutes and walk to airport for 10 minutes.The room is simple without many amenities

Very nice hotel, unique old building converted into accommodation. The owners were very welcoming. We asked for a meal in advance and they had one prepared for our arrival and the fire lit in the lounge
