We booked for 2 adults however on checking in to the property, were informed that although the booking was for 2 adults, it was only for one bed and therefore we had to pay an additional 30 euros at the property for the second bed. The actual place was ok"

Our stay was less than great because of the temperature of the room, which when we arrived was probably in the high 20sºC and as such unbearable. When we told the front desk staff as we left for the evening the solution offered was to switch off the room's heating completely – when we returned the temperature had lowered slightly, but it was only in the small hours of the morning that it was anything like acceptable. The person on check-out the next morning was apologetic that the temperature had been so high."

" I would never stay at a property managed by this company again. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. My room wasn’t ready at check-in time, and no one seemed to care. When I finally entered the room, it was dirty, with a lot of dust, and the pillows were old and completely flat. I went to the front desk to ask for extra pillows, but the staff member told me that was impossible. If something happens, there is no one you can talk to who is willing or able to help. There is no management available, and the staff lack basic problem-solving skills. Overall, it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience."
