It was exactly what we needed. We were there in order to be close to the airport for our following morning departure. The hotel is a bit of a walk (uphill) from the train station, but we made it and the airport shuttle was a welcome addition. The breakfast was impressive and our room looked newly renovated. Overall we were impressed

Room was comfortable and appointed well for overnight travelers. Reception was professional and helpful. Directions online were helpful for finding the hotel (as it is in the middle of several). It would be helpful if they provided a shuttle service (gratis or for fee) to the airport. Would stay again.

Our stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern, and the public transport to the Brussels centre and other places of interest are only 5 minute walk away. The only downside to the hotel was that the self service card payment system wasn’t working and hotel staff wasn’t able to take payment for the water that we wanted from the refrigerator.

One very important thing that I noticed, because let's face it, it was obvious, was the cleanliness of the plates, glasses and cutlery, which is essential for me honestly... the trays were so dirty that I didn’t even want to pick them. The room was also terrible in terms of dirt, we found a piece of biscuit under the bed from people who were there before because we didn't eat anything like that in the room, there weren't even any courtesy items like a shower cap. On the little table in the hall, it was dirty and stayed dirty for several days... even on the day I left I went to check and the dirt was still on the little table, it's crazy that no one responsible checks the work of their own cleaning staff. But the service from the staff was GREAT! The only positive thing! I would go back to this hotel just for this reason. In short, in terms of cleanliness, there is a lot to improve.

We've been an IHG member for 20 years. This property - not the usual. Breakfast dishes weren't clean. Quality of food was not that good. Car traffic noise was noticeable when we asked for a quiet room. No offer to upgrade. Shuttle to airport was at the hotel NEXT DOOR so we had to call Uber. It all added up to unpleasant. SO glad we only stayed one night.
