A wonderful stay at The Club House. This is a gorgeous place in a beautiful setting in the heart of Chianti. The property is immaculate, the staff friendly and the food delicious. One of the best concierge and customer service teams I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. From booking dinners to recommending activities even at short notice. Hotel, quality, room and breakfast were also excellent with no complaints.

This is a lovely horel in a quiet area of the old historic area. This staff were very welcoming and gave us a map and gave us advice on restaurants and attractions. A very comfortable bed with lovely linen and fluffy towels. Grat breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel and stay again.

Just returned from 5 nights at the outstanding Grand Hotel Villa Cora - surely the jewel of Florentine hotels. From the moment we arrived to the time we left was excellent, the staff, the room, Breakfast, and pool were all very good, we reserved a table with them in the evening of which was also a lovely experience, on the whole its a lovely and most relaxing place to be. we definitely will return.

Very pleased with our hotel, it had both character and a touch of luxury! Beautiful dining room also where we had breakfast, but service could certainly be improved there. Still it would not put us off staying here again when we return to Florence.
