One of the best concierge and customer service teams I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. From booking dinners to recommending activities even at short notice. Hotel, quality, room and breakfast were also excellent with no complaints.

What a beautiful hotel, the room was spacious clean and extremely well presented. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was delicious and facilities great too. I loved the personal touches like the biscuits and water in the room with a note on arrival and also on the last day. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!! :-)

From the moment we arrived to the time we left was excellent, the staff, the room, Breakfast, and pool were all very good, we reserved a table with them in the evening of which was also a lovely experience, on the whole its a lovely and most relaxing place to be. we definitely will return.

This must be the nicest hotel in Siena. I’ve been fortunate enough to live here and stay at several hotels and Airbnbs here, and this far outweighs any of them, including the Grand Hotel Continental. You may think I’m easily pleased but I’m not, I’m very fussy but I honestly can’t fault this gorgeous little hotel!

One of the best hotels I have stayed - small, 'boutique' feel. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff - they seemed to want us to enjoy our stay ! Stayed 2 x one night, so had 2 different rooms - both quite different, but both excellent quality & space. Dinner in restaurant was superb; breakfast buffet excellent. c. 20 minute walk into the centre of Florence, maybe 30 mins to Ponte Vecchio, or use the shuttle bus or taxis. Highly recommended - can't wait to go back !

The hotel was beautiful and kept impeccably clean. It was situated within walking distance of the city centre and was very close to public transport stops.

We arrived in the evening and the check-in was smooth and quick, we were shown to our room which was a basic classic room which was clean and roomy for the two of us. After freshening up, we ventured out for dinner to a restaurant recommended by the front desk called Donnini. It was located in the square close to the hotel and the food was nice and the staff were pleasant. All the amenities are within walking distance with shops and restaurants open till late at night. Palazzo Castri 1874 is an excellent boutique hotel located a short walk from the main Santa Maria Novella (SMN) railway station. It is within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and good places to eat.They have created a special place for guests to stay. All the staff are very polite and helpful.
