They were helpful with questions and also offered to arrange taxi service if we chose not to walk on special occasion events. From the breakfast area to the cocktail hour ,housekeeping services and front desk everyone we encountered was helpful, pleasant and friendly. "The staff were very attentive and friendly. They always were able to help us with directions if needed. The hotel is lovely, a mixture of old and new. I especially enjoyed the patio in the mornings. It is near many restaurants, the main train station, the main market, several churches. Next door is a salon where I had a wonderful relaxing manicure for 16 Euros. It is across from a piazza that had a market on Saturday morning as we were leaving the city."
