We’ve stayed here a few times and always enjoy it. The location is good, very close to Shin-Osaka station, the staff are always helpful, everything is clean and we like the big communal baths and sauna. Depending on which room you go for, the views of Osaka city are great too

This hotel is a fantastic location to base yourself for universal studios japan, with views of the park. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating for us. The rooms were comfortable and modern, providing everything we needed for our stay.

Very clean and convenient hotel. The room was spacious and the facilities excellent. Breakfast at the hotel was good and all the staff were friendly and helpful. There’s plenty of good restaurants and dining options nearby as well.

Rooms were spacious and super clean. We didn’t eat in the hotel as lots of options in the shopping centre outside. We had an issue with the safe on the last day and they were there to fix it within minutes. Perfect place to stay.

A great place to stay, hotel staff was very friendly and professional interior was really nice room was very spacious. Great location couple minutes from the station and walking distance to a lot of places really enjoyed my stay.

Loved the location of being nearer the old side of Kyoto. Spacious lobby was lovely along with rooftop bar. Balance between sympathetic design and modern luxury. Breakfast was excellent and very varied to others we had in Japan. Room was good and a generous size. Ground floor didn’t have much light but that was okay as we were out all day. This is the second time I have stayed at the Hankyu RESPIRE, the first being only for a few nights on a multi-city "Golden Route" trip to Japan last year and the experience I had, combined with it's fantastic location meant it was the obvious choice for my week-long stay in Osaka this year. The rooms are well equipped and roomy, especially for Japan, toiletries, room slippers and pyjamas are provided, meaning you can leave those things at home and have more space in your luggage for your Japan...

We stayed here in November 2023 in an executive King Room with lounge access. This hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious, the bed absolutely massive and a lovely view out to the city below. The lounge access with the executive rooms was well worth the extra cost. Breakfast is held in the lounge (if you have access), which is on the highest floor, with large windows and a great view out. There was a great selection at breakfast, with lots of local japanese items, which we were hoping for!...

Staff were welcoming, wi-fi had a good connection throughout the entire time, the room itself was a nice size.

Fabulous property and great oasis as the first hotel we stayed at and I wish we had stayed longer as Osaka has so much to offer and hotel so good. A little thing on amenities , the shower cloth was amazing. Free coffee and sesame snacks and candy in reception was a nice touch. Great location to get around.

Great hotel with a comfortable room and decent size for an Osaka hotel. They have a good buffet breakfast on offer, and it was a lovely touch to have a welcome drink as part of our stay. The hotel has good transport links so it was really quick and easy to get around to all of the popular locations in the city. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again next time I'm in Osaka.

Second time at the Rihga Osaka, great hotel and excellent amenities. Love the location, just out of the centre but walkable and connected as required. Will be back if in Osaka in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Small room but it's perfect for a stopping gap if your traveling across the country, nice views, easily accessible restaurants and convenience stores.
