"The good: well located, charming decor, and a super helpful staff. Cute pub in the basement and lovely outdoor breakfast patio. Nice shops and restaurants nearby and the front desk recommended a beautiful winery within a few miles. Possibly the most beautiful bed I've ever slept in. The bad: My 86 y.o. mother and I had to shlep our luggage up to the 3rd floor ourselves - no elevator and no porters. That would have been nice to know beforehand. Coffee was terrible, but cafe next door rocked."
