"I had booked this hotel for my parents and uncle/aunt. When they reached the hotel, the receptionist/manager said there was no booking. This was a pre paid booking. When I tried to talk to the manager, he refused to talk to me. When I called hotels.com agent and when she tried to do a three ways call, the manager yet again refused to talk. "Filthy mattress & sheets. They didn't even bother to clean the room and change the sheets/pillow cases. Everything smelled really bad with lots of stains. I had to ask them to change the sheets. When they changed the sheets, I saw the mattress is filthy & with lot of stains as well. Bathroom was equally filthy - with cockroaches and leaky taps.
