A complete Nightmare

I had booked this hotel for my parents and uncle/aunt. When they reached the hotel, the receptionist/manager said there was no booking. This was a pre paid booking. When I tried to talk to the manager, he refused to talk to me. When I called hotels.com agent and when she tried to do a three ways call, the manager yet again refused to talk. THE HOTEL WAS NOT OVERBOOKED, as the manager said he was willing so sell the rooms to my parents. Also there is no AIRPORT SHUTTLE, as mentioned in the description of the hotel. It was a complete nightmare arranging the accommodation for my family.
