"Arrival was good, they helped with the luggage. Not satisfied with the fact that they charged 30% extra for early check-in and also we had to pay for the breakfast for that day. Rooms were clean, service was good and fast. Staff was good and friendly and the WiFi internet was fast and it had good signal in our rooms. Definitely recommended."

The Aloft hotel aerocity is a great hotel to stay. Very clean, safe, 5 minutes walk from worldmark . Staff are very hospitable. Restaurant is very spacious, great selection of food and the staff in restaurant are very hospitable.
Housekeeping staff do a great job in keeping the rooms clean.
Highly recommended hotel to stay when in Delhi.

The room was small but that’s the Ibis signature I guess. I personally have a different connection with Ibis since when I was an Indigo flight attendant 6 years back, we used to stay in Ibis alot on layovers. The stay was amazing. We had an urgent meeting and our hotel (that we originally booked) cancelled on us last minute so we needed another stay at 11 am. The original checkin time was 2 Pm. We called 3 good properties in Gurgaon, no one agreed to providing early check in option but luckily...

It was my 4th visit to Taj Damdama and just like before the property did not fail to impress me with their hospitality. The resort is under renovation and took extra care to inform us about it and gave us room where we did not hear any noise and it did not feel that we are in a property where work is going on. The rooms are spacious and surrounded by plants and trees. The view from the room and the restaurant is quite natural and the vibe is very relaxing.
