Bila komplen maintenance kata aircond mereka mengunakan asas air. Mengarut sebab ini bukan kali permata saya menetap di hotel ini n selama ini tidak pernah ada masalah aircond. Amat teruk terpaksa tidur dalam kepanasan bersama anak. Too bad servis tidak setanding dengan nama hotel."
