"I loved everything about our stay in this hotel. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff were so nice and the hospitality is unmatched. From Kenneth to Rawdah and the rest of the team, they treated us like family during our 8 day stay."

"Large room, very clean, excellent service, high quality hotel."

"Definitely for no-fuss traveler. The staff were wonderful!"

"Secured and easy access to stores "

"アメニティは何もなく、タオルも使い古した感じで、建物自体もロビーもきれいでなかったのですが、部屋の中はクーラーがキチンと作動し、熱いシャワーのお湯はいつも使え、シーツなど最低限の清潔さが保たれていたので、コストを抑えて寝るだけの部屋を探している人には大丈夫かなと思います。"

"value for money for a budget hotel"

"Fuss free check in. Had initial issue with WiFi, but host was aware and the repair was made within 30mins of us arriving. Late check out was accommodated."

"The hotel is noisy with a live music next to the hotel."

"A good stay for a few nights if you’re looking for inexpensive without the frills. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Filtered water dispensers on each floor, and that was a bonus; bottled water also included in the room. It is convenient that the location is in a plaza, which includes laundromats, convenience stores, and restaurants."

"Good people. Good rooms and very affordable "

"Room 108, well appointed room, just without window view. Instant shower is hot, bed is comfortable. Good stay for overnight a few restaurants nearby with a 7-11. Not forgetting it has automated self service check in and check out without permanently manned front desk"

"Good place for a short stay"

Hair found at bed sheet when i checked in. Shower towers are DIRTY and SMELLY! I feel terrible scary to use the tower. The shower area are stucked with water, both my feets are flooded with dirty water from shower. The bed is bad, the mattress is curved, and you can “feel” the mattress spring and support. "Small but comfortable room in a decent location for my needs for this trip"

"Good receptionist service staffs. Azlan has excellent customer service and makes staff feel comfortable. He helped me book a cheap grab car to go to KL city and gave me a wake up call at 5am."

"Good price. It had what I needed, decently clean, has hot water in the shower, wifi is good, and near a lot of restaurants and The Strand mall. Not a bad place I definitely recommend, but just know you do get what you pay for. It is definitely an old building, and things are going to be more run-down than in a 4-star hotel. Also, it didn't bother me too much, but there certainly was a little bit of a fruity/smoke smell in my room depending on the day. I don't think it's the hotel's fault...
