"The staff was absolutely LOVELY. Misaki at the desk let us into our room early - a very welcome surprise; Bar tenders - Jono and Bradley - were fun and friendly. The lobby is extremely inviting and comfortable. Excellent vibes all around. Great daily housekeeping (thank you, Laura). Situated on a safe street, with plenty around to do and see, lots of great food places and shopping nearby. We will definitely stay here again. Our first time in Portland - what a delight!"
