Excellent host making us feel very welcome. Very nice room and really lovely breakfast. Would certainly stay again if we are in the area.

Great stay. Fantastic location for harbour and Hy-line and eating establishments. Accommodation was excellent and super value for money. The staff bent over backwards to help and support. I wish we’d stayed here longer and bypassed Rhode Island!

Great location for a stay in Boston.

Clean room

A really comfortable room in a good location, particularly useful for accessing the airport as the Silver Line Way bus stop is literally around the corner. Service was excellent and really helpful to us considering the times we arrived and wanted to get to the airport for. Breakfast was good too.

Clean, lovely staff and breakfast

I've stayed at this property a few times now and will happily be back again. If you're expecting the Ritz you'll be disappointed, but it's clean with friendly staff, good breakfast included and its location is great, especially for a baseball fan. The area its in feels very safe and well lit- as a solo female traveller I had no issues being around there later at night. Also very close to a T Station so easy access to anywhere in Boston, or even outside of Boston too. 10/10 recommend for a...

We loved our time at the Iris Hotel. The staff were fantastic, especially Daniel. The hotel and our room were spotless and there was lots of space to move around and store luggage etc. We navigated the trams with ease and didn’t worry about a 5 day pass - we just tapped in and out with our phones. And it’s a 3 min walk to the nearest tram stop.

Perfect location after leaving the airport and the start of our road trip around New England. We were impressed with the range of the breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location. Staff excellent. Breakfast great. Rooms spacious and everywhere was clean
