"Resort needs updating. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, our curtains were not on track properly and very difficult to open/close. Food in the Samurai Restaurant and the Italian Restaurant was mediocre. We did find a good variety of offerings in the Buffet and chose to eat out on the patio for breakfast and dinner which was quiet and relaxing. The service in the buffet was good. Excellent desserts and omelettes too."

"Our stay at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully presented. You can tell the staff takes real pride in keeping the entire resort incredibly clean and welcoming. Every team member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. A very special shoutout to Victor Montel — he went above and beyond in every interaction. His professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. He truly elevated our experience and is a big reason we’ll be coming back. "Had a great 7 night stay at the ROK hotel. Was there for Jamaica Carnival 2026. Friendly staff, very accommodating. I opted to include breakfast for the 7 days and was not disappointed. Buffet menu was fresh and good variety of local flavours. There was also the option to order from the menu at no extra cost. Pool Bar was my favourite, great vibe, not over crowded and great photo opportunities. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again. "
