Very nice Hotel, good location. Friendly, helpful and informative staff. Room very spacious and clean, but lighting dim. No magnifying mirror provided. Breakfast wasn’t great and some of the hot buffet ran out and wasn’t replenished, as did the ham and cheese.

We had a comfortable clean room with a great bed. The breakfast was very good and the view from the restaurant was well worth the visit. The location is ideal for walking to all of the attractions we wanted to see. We would definitely stay again if in Florence.
