We had a lovely room prepared ahead us our arrival. The hotel is ideally located and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Serena was a brilliant host - friendly and extremely helpful. We had a slight problem with a noisy fridge but which she resolved quickly. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor in an old lovely, characterful property. There is a small lift which is useful for taking up luggage. The room was spacious and cleaned regularly by helpful staff. Breakfast is brought to your room from a bar downstairs and consists of a choice of hot drink, cold drink and a savoury or sweet snack. Location is safe and perfect for the old city and with a metro station about 7 minutes away

Great base for a short stay in Naples

Excellent location and a tranquil oasis tucked away in a busy Naples street. Large room meant our family of 5 shared comfortably and a great base for a couple of days exploring Naples.

Great accomodation, close to the centre of Napels. Multiple metro stations nearby, walkable neighbourhood, many museums and churches to be found. The room was neat and tidy, staff was very friendly.breakfast was very good and appreciated, airconditioning was available (but due to perfect temperature during the stay, not needed). Coffee machine (with Neapolitan coffee!) and kettle are in the room. Linnen was refreshed frequently and room was cleaned daily to keep it tidy. Plenty of dining options nearby (you are in Naples!) It is possible to leave luggage before checking in properly, as it's a closed building. Highly recommended for a stay!

Such a lovely little hotel. We chose this partly because it was close to a gluten free coffee place for breakfast, and it turns out that’s the cafe where the included breakfast is at. You can choose either gluten free or not.

Dimora delle arti is a perfect place to explore Naples. Naples is a busy, lively city so when you are done with exploring the city, you want a hotel that is clean and where you can be at rest. It feels very homely. The rooms have airco that do their job very well. All in all, we had a great time at dimora delle arti.

There was construction inside the hotel. Pay to go up the elevator, bugs in the room, breakfast was a coupon to a coffee shop down the street. However the location of the hotel was great.

Naples overnight stay

Booked one night. Late arrival as flight late and also delayed. €25 euro taxi from airport A little confused about arrival procedure but soon sorted with excellent text message communications Extra charge for late arrival after 20.00 €30 Safe quiet comfortable Breakfast option with voucher to Leonard’s cafe 100 metres along Road Close proximity to metro to access train to Pompeii. Easy checkout friendly helpful staff that were on duty on arrival and then again in the morning. Would stay again Very good.

Fantastic location, a block from the archeological museum and close to all markets and restaurants. Great area for walking and shopping. Staff very nice and helpful and nice, quaint rooms. Very Italian feel. Beds are not very comfortable and we were confused when we got there about where we were supposed to go to get in. Be sure to communicate your arrival time and then call when you arrive to be let in. It’s on floor 2. We loved our stay and would definitely come again.

Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was not. Another guest locked the wrong door, locking us out when we arrived one evening. It was difficult to reach a staff member to help us. We ended up pushing the door several times and could eventually get in. Another guest helped us.

It was nice and clean but the walls were a bit scuffed and could use some paint. The air and fridge never really got cold. Cool, but not cool enough. You have to pay .50 euro each way to use the elevator and the breakfast at the place down the street was very limited on what you could get and in a very hectic spot. The beds were very soft so if you need a firm bed be aware. The luggage storage was nice and it’s very close to the museum.

Not the best although it is cheap

Having to pay 50 cents to use the lift to get to the second floor (lift then didn't work) was not a good start. Reception staff lacked basic customer service skills - we asked if we could check out and hour later and they just looked at each other and said "No" - didn't say sorry or give and explanation. Room was large, but very dated, especially the bathroom. Shower didn't drain well so you end up standing in dirty water. We only had one bath towel between 2 of us and reception seemed surprised by our request when we asked for another. Service was saved by the cleaner when on checkout was super friendly,smiley and helpful and organised a taxi for us. Area is quite run down although I guess it is in the old part of Napoli, however it is close to some of the main sights (which is why we chose it)

Guest house with great location! When we checked in we were confused with another guest and found out after walking up 3 floors and had to walk back down to 2nd floor with luggage. I'm out of shape and in my 60's. The young lady escorting us skipped ahead to meet the other guests and we were left a little lost on the stairs and not sure where to go. Our granddaughter followed the girl down and had to carry her bag back up again when we finally figured out where to go. Because of travel delays we were accessed a 30 Euro late fee. Other than check in the only staff is person cleaning in the mornings. They were responsive to message requests via Expedia and helped us book tranfers to airport. The air conditioner did not work properly so room was a little cooler than outside but still uncomfortable. We let them know the problem and the housekeeper 'looked at it', but didn't fix it.The room was a 2nd floor walk up with a funky little elevator that costs .50 Euro. Amazing location but not the right fit for us.

We had a wonderful stay here and really enjoyed Naples. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal with a lot of the sites in walking distance and plenty of caffe’s nearby. Highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Loved how central the hotel was, great for our Italy adventure. The breakfast was at a cafe a few metres from the hotel and we thought this set-up was very practical.
