"So I got two voicemails from Expedia before the reservation saying the hotel was closed . I called Expedia talked to an agent that then said no it’s open and the reservation is good. My son and I drove there got to the gate which was closed and there was no one to be found. No Expedia is not even refunding me . Not only should you not book this hotel but you should not book anything through Expedia . "

"Property has really gone downhill. Bathroom was dirty and falling apart, AC did not work properly and was very noisy, there was a total of 3 chairs by the pool so we could not get a chair. We left early and are trying to get a refund. "

"This property is next door to the art museum, recommended site to visit, close to their national football stadium, onsite car rental--but another car rental 3 minutes walking right around the corner for almost 1/2 the price. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed comfortable. There are 2 restaurants onsite- a Japanese, where we ate once and their main restaurant--where we ate delicious daily breakfast and dinner a few nights, also delicious. "The property was huge with a beautiful view of sky and town ,my only problem was the lack of communication between the front desk and the restaurant on premise. And that my check out was at 12pm but they told me no its at 11 am. "

"Beautiful, faciltiy. We stayed in the Forest Deluxe room which was larger and a bit further back from the road. The grounds are well maintained, the breakfast service was great and the staff was friendly. Just across the street are some decent restaurants and a grocery store. It's a short 2-3 block walk to the town square. "
