"Reception was great and very welcoming, as was all the other staff, except for the dining crew. Other than one staff that was friendly, most were stoic and not very flexible. Only negative is that I wish they had a lounge area in the reception for entertaining/relaxation and interacting with other guests. The shower Is cold, sometimes there is a short time of hot water, really hot water, you can’t stay underneath that hot water, so you have to wait and take a cold shower.
