Lovely hotel in the centre of Chennai. Staff very welcoming and hotel in excellent condition. Their are some refurbishments taking place but this does not affect the guest in any way. \rooms are very spacious and have everything you need with plenty of bottled water supplied. Bathroom is clean and showers excellent. Food is either via a buffet or a la carte menu and both are excellent with a great choice all in all would thoroughly recommend

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, albeit for brief overnight business stopovers at Chennai. It is conveniently located near the IT Parks which I visit near Velacherry/ Taramani and not too far from the airport in a quiet area. However one must add that this is not near the actual city centre but at a convenient peripheral location. Everything was great except there were some delays in room service.

An potentially inconvenient but necessary overnight stay was turned into an unexpectedly enjoyable experience, all because of the most incredibly enthusiastic and responsive staff that I have ever come across. I was not sure how we would locate the shuttle from the airport, so I sent a text message before leaving Bangalore. overall very nice well maintained hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner buffets with very tasty and well presented dishes. On the negative side, after I informed the staff that the minibar wasn't functioning, nothing has been done to replace it...

Staff were excellent including Duty Manager. Room was clean, restaurant was good, roof bar had excellent ambience, housekeeping were prompt in service and when I needed help with car for the day, the Duty Manager went out of his way to help us despite a car not being readily available.

Much better comparing to other nearby hotels. Delicious breakfast , polite staff.

Stayed with my family over a weekend at Hyatt Regency. Excellent hotel with great facilities and most importantly courteous staff. We enjoyed our stay at this facility and definitely would come back in future and whole heartedly recommend this to my friends and colleagues
