This hotel offered a brilliant service from start to finish! I had amazing correspondence before my arrival with the manage Munna who helped organise a clothes delivery to the hotel for my arrival and made me feel welcome before I even got there! When checking in, I was greeted by all the staff in a very warm welcoming and friendly manner. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. Loved the amenities and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel in general was okay for Delhi but the place definitely needs to be cleaned properly as the fridge looked like it had never been clean but the staff were very nice and friendly

Hi all I am here to do a review for the Smyle Inn hotel. I have stayed at this hotel tree weeks September last year while I was there for Dentistry work(having Implants).I requested to be picked up from the airport and they did, when arrived the hotel i been told that I won't be paying for the transport since I will be a guest for a three weeks it will be free.lovely. the room i was placed was a double room the was in a good condition and clean,. the staff have been amazing....

Not bad hotel. Good value for money. Recommend the Punjabi sweet centre for breakfast nearby.

Excellent hotel. The. Service was first class. Everyone at the hotel takes great pride as employees, nothing is too much trouble. The room was perfect, great shower and the air conditioning worked well. The food was amazing, great choice and freshly made. I loved the rooftop pool,a real treat. This is a luxurious hotel which I can thoroughly recommend

Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was. Remarkable service all round & quick mention to Kushi on the front desk. (#apple 27/05)

The property has a top location and superb staff . The hotel rooms are very well appointed , and high class all the way . The club room lounge was absolutely outstanding and worth the cost . A special mention to the manager of the lounge , Amit sharma , and the staff for making me feel so welcome . A warm thank you !

Bit far from anything but probably the best value hotel in Delhi. Food in three restaurants is excellent. Can get a little noisy as weddings are held in surrounding facilities. As a reward, you can see several Indian wedding ceremonies from the height of your room or walk along the road and see up to fife weddings simultaneously. Good chance you get invited. Very well maintained property with tempered pool and all facilities one could wish for.

The Reception area is excellent. There are no facility to rome around or for children

This hotel is more like a resort. The rooms are the biggest in size across all 5 star hotels & resorts I have stayed at. At this price, this place is the best. For the 1st time I stayed in a hotel room with a private heated swimming pool. Awesome experience....!!! The service is also very fast & excellent food. This room had the best & the most effective airconditioning I have ever seen having stayed across several 5star properties in India. Overall experience was excellent.

We didn’t have very long in this hotel but we’re able to use the pool and one of the restaurant. Service was excellent, the property was impressive and the hotel was clean, the food was delicious.

Very friendly staff, amazing service and one of the best hotels in India we have stayed at. First time to India with 2 little children and a baby and we had no problems at all. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

I was in Delhi for wedding shopping purposes and this property is at very convenient location to shop from khan market, connaught place or old Delhi market. Staffs are very friendly, rooms are nice and they have amazing breakfast buffet.
