"It was adequate, but only adequate. The bathrooms, whilst superficially clean, we’re not well maintained. The rooms were ok, but quite dark and the beds not comfortable, it was also noisy outside. There wasn’t much in the vicinity of the hotel, but it was very close to a metro stop. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and arranged a driver for us who provided an excellent service. The restaurant at the hotel is also very good. "

"The staff at the hotel were excellent. They work so hard and went well out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. The room was clean, but the bathroom could do with some care and attention for cleanliness, particularly around the utilities (e.g. shower). The area was very congested and noisy, and if you’re from abroad expect to be heckled by the locals wanting to sell you things for extortionate prices, particularly tuk tuk transport. "Receptionist denied us room and demanded cash. They said Expedia is a scam and they never get paid. Asked us to leave the hotel. We paid them cash and checked out. Expedia did not help us even after multiple calls. Receptionists were under the influence of alcohol and drinking at the desk. "
