I stayed here for a couple of days whilst travelling around India And it happened to be my birthday, the big 50. I was very spoilt, up graded to a suite, they gave a complimentary cake, delivered a half bottle of the locally bubbly and every member of staff I happened to pass wished me a happy birthday. Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

The Aloft hotel aerocity is a great hotel to stay. Very clean, safe, 5 minutes walk from worldmark . Staff are very hospitable. Restaurant is very spacious, great selection of food and the staff in restaurant are very hospitable. Housekeeping staff do a great job in keeping the rooms clean. Highly recommended hotel to stay when in Delhi. Only 20 minutes from the airport.

There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was. The property has a top location and superb staff . The hotel rooms are very well appointed , and high class all the way . The club room lounge was absolutely outstanding and worth the cost . A special mention to the manager of the lounge , Amit sharma , and the staff for making me feel so welcome . A warm thank you !

Bit far from anything but probably the best value hotel in Delhi. Food in three restaurants is excellent. Can get a little noisy as weddings are held in surrounding facilities. As a reward, you can see several Indian wedding ceremonies from the height of your room or walk along the road and see up to fife weddings simultaneously. Good chance you get invited. Very well maintained property with tempered pool and all facilities one could wish for.

Great hotel and so welcoming when you walk in. Only wish the gluten free offerings could be improved for breakfast. On a positive was great to have gluten free spaghetti for dinner one evening. Overall the stay was fantastic and very close to the airpor.

When we arrived we were allocated a room at the front (room 204?), it was quite noisy due to dogs barking. When we spoke to reception about it the following morning we were immediately moved room to a better room at the back (201) without any question or argument. The hotel is in a very narrow alleyway in Old Delhi, cars cannot get to the hotel but staff were very helpful carrying our bags to the taxi. Don't let the location put you off as it's a really interesting area wandering down the little...

Had a one night stay here which was very enjoyable. Loved our room! Tip: Would recommend using Uber rather than the hotel taxi service which is ridiculously expensive for travel to the airport.

I had a wonderful experience at Namaste Hindustan! The location is excellent and very convenient. The food was delicious, the property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. Overall, everything was excellent. Great stay at empire platinum suites . Found it exceptionally clean on arrival , the suite is having a well planned layout clever design . With all the tech you may expect inside .Also as a highlight they offered me a complimentary city tour on arrival . This gesture by the management made us overwhelmed.
