"The staff at the hotel were excellent. They work so hard and went well out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. The room was clean, but the bathroom could do with some care and attention for cleanliness, particularly around the utilities (e.g. shower). The area was very congested and noisy, and if you’re from abroad expect to be heckled by the locals wanting to sell you things for extortionate prices, particularly tuk tuk transport. The hotel staff however helped keep us safe...

"Staff were very cooperative and friendly. Food was also good and freshly prepared. Not only room the entire hotel was kept neat and clean. Transport is easily available, they also have a travel desk too. The cons are: Being close to railway station the road is bit congested and it was little confusing as the outside hotel board read as Palm D'or instead of Trimrooms Palm D'or. Above all I enjoyed my stay here, I would recommend this hotel to all. "

"Excellent location; safe; comfortable; very clean hotel room and interiors. The entrance is weird where you walk up a narrow flight of stairs in between shops in Connaught Place to the 2nd floor for the actual entrance to the hotel. Once inside though, the interiors are good quality. I had to make multiple phone calls to get the extra bed in our room mistakenly reserved as a single kind bed room. Ultimately it did get setup the way we wanted before we arrived; but the hassle of not knowing until...
