Very good hotel, great staff, excellent breakfast. Pleasant rooms.

Such a great property - difficult to find any fault. Extremely courteous, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Lovely gifts when we arrived and left, free laundry service, complimentary massage, fantastic restaurant, beautiful room. Puts virtually any 5 star hotel to shame.

Excellent staff, they go out of their way to serve you! We got picked up at the hotel and i was sick, throwing up in the car. It was only 10am and check in was at 2. The lady who picked us up called the hotel and had our room ready as soon as we got there. Not only they checked us in immediately but sent us complimentary drinks and hot tea! The service is better than some 5 star hotels I've stayed in before. I definitely recommend it and i will stay there again in the future!

Amazing, attentive service from a staff that genuinely want to make sure you enjoy your stay. They go the extra mile - cold towels whenever you arrive back; water, fruit and cold towels at the pools; free mobile phone; free tut-tut service; they even got my sunglasses repaired. Modern, comfortable rooms; lovely pools; great cooked-to-order breakfast.

Excellent stay. We upgraded to a Horizon room, which was spacious and with everything we needed. The Horizon lounge was comfortable and the food and drink was varied and delicious. All of the staff who we encountered were so friendly, helpful and could hold an interesting conversation.

Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, they felt genuinely caring and were keen to make our stay in Siem Reap as pleasant as possible. The location was unrivalled, especially for proximity to the Angkor temples, and it felt like a secluded jungle retreat. The Jungloo pods had private plunge pools which were inviting in the humidity of the August season, powerful air conditioning for escaping the heat, and the room was attentively cleaned and regularly stocked with amenities. Nice new hotel food could be improved but overall is excellent

People by the community just started nearly 2 months ago, everyone is so happy and work so hard from morning until mid-night. I was wondering and asked them “You guys work so hard but look so happy. Could I know why?” They said that, they are so happy for working with the great community for helping many people. Everyone works from heart and sharing experiences to each other. Especially they are very helpful and so kind. They consider everyone is their family. They are very humble and so polite....

Wonderfull hotel in a quiet countryside location little out of town but walkable in about 30 mins, hotel offered a free tuk tuk into town at anytime. The hotel was perfectly run, fantastic rooms with balcony and swimming pool, breakfast was buffet or menu with plently of options. Five stars must go to all the brilliant staff, they are a credit to the hotel, always polite and smiling and so eager to please. It was a pleasure to stay there.

All round excellent hotel and staff. In particular Annie was exceptional as she gave us great tips and recommendations for the local amenities. When we did the tour of the temples she suggested packing the hotel breakfast. This was also a very nice touch. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Wonderful oasis of calm in Siem Reap. Lovely rooms and pool area. Only downside was relatively poor internet bandwidth.

It is a brand-new hotel and everything was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and very capable. All excellent.
