"I stayed both private room and dormitory. The private room was clean(even under the bed), ok for overnight stay. However, I never recommend the dormitory room. There were no window(or perhaps not opened), 5bunk beds mixed with men&women. The room smelled really bad since many people are in one small room(wet laundry hanging, the room itself smells like mold etc). I would pay more money to avoid staying the dorm."

"The girls dorm is right behind the bar so at first I was a little apprehensive. But we ended up have the 12 person female dorm all go ourselves for the 1 night we were staying there! My friend and I ended up having the best sleep of our entire trip here! Staff were nice."

"not the room i paid for dirty toilet had toilet paper in trash from other occupant no towels or amenities and came back at 2:15 and no one at the reception had to wait until 4;30 everything was padlocked in case of fire no one could have gotten out should be removed from expedia "

"This was my second stay. For the money Richly is great value. The owners are very friendly and helpful and my room with balcony was clean. The owners went out their way for me with ordering tuk tuks and helping to order food for delivery. Great place. Will definitely stay again!"

"Location was good. The room size was nice. No hot water at all. We didn’t had any breakfast. On the first day no one was there to give us breakfast, on the second day the barista didn’t turn up, so they gave us 5$ to go and get our own breakfast.shower/toilet was smelly(shower head was broken in one of the shower,so we had to use the hose pipe itself),we had to keep on ask for toilet paper, because there wasn’t any. "The apartment was very spacious, we stayed for 15 nights and were very comfortable. The two bedrooms were very nice and the beds very comfy. Well equipped with slippers and dressing gowns, iron and ironing board. A lovely bathroom and plenty of towels. The kitchen had 2 hob rings, microwave, and full size fridge and freezer.
