Visit Angkor in Style!

Our stay at Sala Lodges was amazing, and we strongly re recommend the professional staff and lovely accommodations that respect and preserve the traditional wooden homes of Cambodia, while also providing all the comforts of a gorgeous pool and luxurious restaurant with Khmer special menu offerings.

Beautiful lodges with a beautiful yard and swimming pool. Very quiet and relaxing in comfortable lodges, great services from the hotel personnel all around. Conveniently located and close enough to the night market with a short tuk-tuk ride.

if you don`t want to stay in a hotel which could be anywhere in the world ( and you are in cambodia) stay here. understated, perfectly recreating old cambodian architecture, this small hotel also has a hospitable staff.

Natural and peaceful luxury

Sala lodges is a haven from the busy temples. The traditional houses are beautiful and private. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. The gardens are gorgeous and listening to the frogs and geckos at night very soothing! We came to see the temples but Sala lodges made our holiday.

Sala Lodge: an oasis in Siem Reap.

The resort is wonderful. Perfect for people who appreciate an individual note. The bungalows charminh,in old Khmer style We could do wonderful tours around Angkor Wat. The staff is very kind and friendly. We could meet the Swiss owner. An impressive personality who also engages in charity in Cambodia.

Rustic Chic

The houses are very rustic and bring u back to olden days. A very different experience. I find the menu variety pretty limited. Especially the breakfast menu, I was only eating bread by day 3. While the staff are very helpful, I was surprised that a few of them staff at the restaurant doesn't quite understand nor speak much English.

Awesome child friendly resort. beautiful staff and landscaping. loved the tuk tuks on standby. food yummy. nothing too much trouble. Ps. we also recommend cooks on tuk tuk tour of 60 street where the locals hangout, we sampled crickets, water beetles, stuffed frogs, silkworms, ground spiders all fried in garlic and spring onion, not bad at all, never thought we would eat but once you eat Cambodian food and realize how awesome it is you know they don't compromise on flavor, they know how to make anything delicious! also byo sunscreen, the locals don't use, so expensive $8-$29USD for 50ml.

Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful!

Sala Lodges was absolutely delightful! The grounds are wonderful and the pool is great! The staff was very accommodating. There were so many nice little touches. For example, someone would meet us at the entrance after a day of sightseeing with a cool beverage. two free bottles of water during the day and two at night. This is such a wonderful luxury in the heat! At night, they would turn your beds down with a mosquito net. The cabin was charming and spacious. however, I would advise to find your own transportation into/out of town. We found it for a dollar. If the tuk tuk driver says more just walk away; more times than not they will concede. I would without hesitation recommend Sala Lodges.

Oasis of peace

We stayed for four nights at Sala Lodges. Airport pick-up and day trips were arranged absolutely reliably and with the utmost try to match our interests and needs. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The charming houses are set up like a tiny village with a beautiful garden around. Rather quiet and peaceful, with a frog concert at night. Short and easy ride to downtown, maybe 10 min by tuktuk. We loved everything about Sala Lodges, food was excellent, much better than the dinner we had in town one night. The kids especially enjoyed the milkshakes. Breakfast could have some more variety to it, but everything available was very good. The pool looked small on the pictures in the internet, but is actually of good size. A few more daybeds would have been nice on one of the days; with three families/guest parties at the pool, there were not enough for everyone. We would definitely recommend Sala Lodges.

Traditional Meets Modern

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at Sala Lodges. The concept of transporting traditional houses from the countryside and refurbishing them adds such a nice unique and local feel. The food was fantastic and the staff extremely friendly. We did enjoy the weekday room service staff a bit more than the weekend since they became familiar with our breakfast order and then we had to try to re-communicate it to the weekend staff which didn't go very well. A suggestion to management would be to work with wait staff and school them in on things like understanding egg orders. They couldn't seem to understand what kind of eggs we wanted so a lot were unfortunately wasted. We enjoyed the lovely pool and spacious rooms and just the overall eco chic vibe of the place. A nice luxe touch would be to add bathrobes and slippers for the guests to use in their rooms, even better if they were made from local materials and available for purchase. We felt very looked after at Sala Lodges and hope to return in the not too distant future.

スタッフはとても親切で、フレンドリーでした。 設備もとても綺麗で、清潔。 部屋のミニバーは無料でした。 市内中心部までのアクセスも、ホテルのスタッフに頼めば、トゥクトゥクを手配してくれます。また、だいたいホテルを出た前の道にトゥクトゥクが止まっています。中心部まではトゥクトゥクで5分くらいです。 帰りは夜発でしたが、帰る前にシャワーを借りることもできました。 留意点としては次の二点。 蚊がいます。寝る時に蚊帳はありますが、長袖、長ズボンを持っていくとよいです。また虫除けのスプレーは部屋に常備されていますが、刺された場合のために、虫刺され用の薬があるとよいです。 あとホテルの近くで夜遅くまで音楽が鳴っていました。一応耳栓はあります。

This is a lovely, well-maintained, full-service (tuk-tuk and taxi available) accommodation with beautiful grounds and a beautiful pool. The well-priced restaurant was intimate with beautiful table flowers and delicious food. The reception staff gave very good travel advice. Wonderful stay.
