Super welcome, fantastic 'Tower Room'. There is only one such room and it has panoramic views of Salzburg and environs. Breakfast, service, friendliness all first rate. A small hike out of town, but well worth it!

Everything about this hotel is 5 star. We enjoyed a 5 day break here and would definitely return. The food was fantastic … excellent breakfast buffet with anything you could wish for plus an à la carte service. The evening dinner was superb, creative menus delivered first class service. Just got back from a short (too short!) ski break at this wonderful hotel. The food was fantastic as was the service from the staff, the majority of whom spoke really good English. Our room was spotless and the free ski bus to the lift ran regularly. Spa area and outdoor whirlpool was fantastic - just be aware that the saunas etc are clothing optional!

Fantastic first stay at Hotel Panorama. Spa facilities were great, able to have plenty of peace and quiet due to the size. Activities provided by the hotel were good. Brilliant food every day. Would 100% recommend a stay here.

What a fantastic find, this is our 10th year ski trip with a large group of mixed ages from 12 upwards and this is by far the best hotel we have found which is such great value for money. Although the hotel sits on the outskirts of town this really wasn't an issue as it was the first stop for the ski bus, which then went direct to the ski lift (like our own personal taxi). Every night we enjoyed a 5 course dinner which was fabulous, at first we thought fussy children this may be difficult but...

Firstly, the hotel itself is exceptionally well designed. The layout, the interiors, the artwork, the pools and lounges, and the overall attention to detail are genuinely impressive. Every element feels thoughtful and beautifully executed, creating a really special atmosphere. When we arrived, we received a fantastic welcome. The reception team greeted us warmly with a glass of sparkling wine, collected our luggage from the car, brought everything to our room, and even took our ski equipment...

The hotel was beyond beautiful and in a stunning location. The rooms are very clean and cosy - with a well stocked bar. The spa, sauna, steam room and both indoor and outdoor pools are stunning and super clean. The outdoor was lovely and warm due to it being heated. Very close to two of the three lifts from the village. Great views of the last slope down to the village from the rooms and the pool/hot tub on the roof (where drinks are served). Excellent service; the staff can’t do enough to help. Food is very good and wine list is extensive. Rooms are large and well appointed. Overall a great hotel in a great location.
