"The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. "Great hotel. Location excellent - a step from old town and the station (where the buses to the sights all start from). Didn't use the gym/sauna etc but gym looked decent. Room was good. No complaints whatsoever. Sure some of the rooms which have a balcony with a view of the mountains would be fabulous. Ours was nice to have. Thanks to the lovely lady who served us at bar. Very friendly service. All staff very helpful. And finally. First rate buffet breakfast."
