"This room has an outstanding view of the mountains. Also, we were able to use the free laundry (2 washers & 2 dryers) as we were on a long holiday. A 2+ night stay included a Welcome Pass that includes free use of the trains/trams/busses. This place is right in the heart of the Altstadt (Old Town) and Maria-Theresien-Straße."

"I had a great time at Weisses Kreuz. The staff was wonderful, friendly and efficient. They provide excellent recommendations for restaurants (loved Piano Bar) and were helpful with directions. The only problem, if you have car you should call ahead to get directions to the garage. Cars are not allowed in the old city center. "

"We loved our large loft room and the central location of the hotel. We would definitely stay again. Being an older building, the soundproofing is really bad, having to lock the door with a physical key from the inside when returning and the outside when leaving was a hassle, and the shower water pressure could be improved. But having said that, the spaciousness of the room we had, the view, and the service were great. The beds were also very comfortable."

"We have stayed here five times recently, every stay was great, good breakfast, friendly staff, great pool and spa, not many Mountain View’s ( due to weather) usually fantastic views though. This hotel always has a lovely atmosphere. We had a problem with streaming service in our room, someone came to look at it, but it wasn’t repaired by time we left. We only had world news to watch in evening."
