"My wife and I were very pleased with the level of service from the time we entered the hotel property until the time we left. Mr. Mohammad and the other doorman were very protective and advised on best ways to navigate around town, even making sure the taxi drivers knew we were their guests and our happiness is all that mattered. "Overall a decent stay. Unfortunately, the reception couldn't provide a morning call despite the existence of a phone in the room and a 24/7 staff. The smell of fresh paint was also quite strong. Nevertheless, the rooms were recently refreshed, so style-wise quite good."

"We travelled with 2 kids (2&6yo) and this hotel was perfect. We rated at the 2 BR suite.It had 6 pools, and 3 indoor playgrounds. We went in July and it was hot so we used the pool in the am 9-11:30 had lunch, napped and used their indoor playground when the heat is unbearable (12-3pm)(love the afternoon tea at mirage family Lounge-an upgrade). Me and my son would live here 😊"
