"Pool area was nice. Onsite laundry facilities, bring extra quarters and they have detergent and dryer sheets but cvs and Walgreens are close by. Close to airport, 10-15 mins"

"There was no continental breakfast! There is NO onsite parking, paid for off site parking at a rate of 40 per day IF you did not take your vehicle out it could have been more Stated valet parking, we did not see anyone and there were cars in front of the lobby so you could not unload you suitcases. We had to carry our luggage from the parking garage to the hotel. With no staff help! The girl that checked us in was super nice, friendly and very helpful. The other girl not friendly or helpful at all. The clean staff was friendly. They used way to much clorox. The pillows were travel size and the bed was very uncomfortable. We also did not see the gym nor was told of any other amenities. For the money we paid to stay there it was not worth it. We would not stay again. Lesson learned NEVER book 3rd party or believe what you read. "

"Room was not up to par to what we seen on the pictures before hand. There was literally no furniture in the room just two beds. The tv didn’t work at all. There was a closet but no bar to even hang clothes on. There was no iron to iron clothes. There was no hot water the first two nights we were there. In the bathroom there was mold all over the walls. Toilet seat wouldn’t stay up and I had boys with me. This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed at in New Orleans I would definitely not recommend anyone staying there. You get what you pay for cheap and it is cheap for a reason."

"I didn’t stay. Getting through the gate was easy. Paid early check in and couldn’t get in staff able to assist quickly. As soon as I walked in the room it smelled like marijuana. The floor was swept but not mopped. I stayed in the room 5-10mins before just leaving and booking a new flight home."

"We were pleasantly surprised with the all-suites hotel. The room was spacious and well arranged. The breakfast was delicious. With the bad weather, we weren't able to use the pool, but it looked nice. The courtyard was lovely for breakfast, conversations, or BYOB. The hotel is close to the Convention Hall, but walkable to the French Quarter for those that are used to walking. Note that the valet parking lot is not covered."
