"Location to nearby sites, aesthetics, and cleanliness were wonderful. The added daily “resort fee” wasn’t great, though I did appreciate the hotel offering perks in return ($15 food/beverage credit, free walking tour options). I also did not like having the hotel attached to the mall as it requires you to take two sets of elevators to get to the rooms (hotel lobby is on the 11th floor). Overall good experience, but likely won’t return as there are lots of similarly great hotels nearby that are a bit more affordable."

"Excellent location for walking to all parts of downtown New Orleans. Great selection on breakfast items and large room for seating. Room was very nice but it didn’t have just a regular sitting chair which would have been nice for TV or reading. It had two high kitchen type chairs. Bed was very comfortable. Location was the big winner..easy to walk around and we did!!"
