The mini fridges in the room were super small, could not hold a standard styrofoam to go plate. Also, located right across from an emergency room, ambulance sirens most of the night which of course is the fault of the property but will not return nonetheless. "

"Staff was very good, especially house keeping. Every little detail was maticulous in my room. Best house keeping I've ever experienced. Lots of shopping and restaurants downstairs. There is even a tsa-pre office (which I used). The only thing that was a little shaky was self parking. It is really difficult to pay these people as everything is on an app you have to download, enter all your personal information and credit card info. We had to get the front desk to come out to the parking garage to help us. It needs to be more user friendly/easier. My god, if you want our money, make it easier for your clients to give it to you. "

"The Alder Hotel was conveniently located for our trip to see Tulane and get a taste of New Orleans. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and the hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to some good places to eat. And the outdoor pool was a nice bonus after we spent a long day walking all around the city. "
