"Had a little hiccup with first room. Bed was extremely uncomfortable so did not sleep at all first night. Got up at 7am to change room. At first they were accommodating but soon after they called and said could no longer offer me the room they showed me because it was reserved for guest arriving the following day. Things went downhill after that until another mgr saved the day. He sent me to eat, got me a new room with a new mattress AND accompanied me to the room to ensure everything was to my liking. The hotel was extremely busy with conferences and the Essence Festival coming, but he did all this with a smile on his face (unlike the first manager). Wow! I was blown away. They are my only stay when I return to NOLA. 😍❤️"
