Joseph was great in customer services at the front desk, when you enter the hotel it’s absolutely beautiful. However, they need more help with cleaning staff. We had to ask for the rooms to be cleaned on numerous occasions before they cleaned. Trash was in the drawers when we checked into the room. Pool was out of service.

The rooms were clean and hotel was clean. However, it would be nice if the restaurant didn’t give you stale bread as toast. It would be nice follow through when you ask for clean towels and empty trash that staff follow through with the request.

The overall aesthetics of the hotel were absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were very comfortable and exceptionally clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. One of the housekeeping staff members even went out of her way to give us clear directions to our room, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was an amazing experience—very affordable and well worth it. I would definitely recommend this hotel 10/10!

Room was musty, we were there for 5 nights and room service did not come by a single time. Front desk staff was nice though and very accomodating. You can nay stay here for more than 2 nights because once the shower start running a couple times the room gets so humid and things starts to smell so bad. Not sure if there is a mold problem.
