Parking went up. A lot. Over $50 per night now. Also, they added a “destination fee”. They give you a cheap insulated cup and a $15 voucher at their restaurant. I’ve eaten there twice. Never again. Disappointed every time. Time to find a new hotel. I’d rather you just charged $27 more and be honest ...

Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were all friendly and courteous. We had a lovely stay.

Broken pull out bed, no extra blankets, single pane windows, management was not accommodating.

The room was very clean, and the amenities were great but more than anything else, the hospitality of the staff at the front desk really stood out.

We were transferred here from another hotel due to the typical storm "Barry". Under these worrying circumstances the staff done all that they could to make us comfortable and safe. Savanna was extremely helpful, I felt that she went above her duty
Kenner is alright but, some way from the centre of town, public transport is limited as, last bus back to hotel is at 9:30pm, so had to keep paying for taxi, if known the distance from the city centre, I would have booked in a more central locatio
It's a suburb near the airport so it's as expected
