My sister and I really enjoyed our stay. The place is more beautiful than we expected and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property if staying and visiting New Orleans

This is a beautiful property with helpful and friendly staff. It is located in a safe area of New Orleans and is close to the French Quarter as well as wonderful local hot spots and local history. We were pleasantly satisfied at the entire trip. We stayed 5 nights and it was wonderful waking up on the lake every morning. Everything was clean. Good location, great security, the concierge Mark was very helpful. Good facilities in room and bathroom. Not so good was the bed - it was awful. Only one easy chair although apartment was for 2 guests. Parking in recommended garage was a nightmare, ended up with a $78 parking fine, the parking opposite ...

We were transferred here from another hotel due to the typical storm "Barry". Under these worrying circumstances the staff done all that they could to make us comfortable and safe. Savanna was extremely helpful, I felt that she went above her duty
Kenner is alright but, some way from the centre of town, public transport is limited as, last bus back to hotel is at 9:30pm, so had to keep paying for taxi, if known the distance from the city centre, I would have booked in a more central locatio
It's a suburb near the airport so it's as expected
