"Staff very helpful and polite. Stairs extremely steep, but they have a lift. Also, steep stairs to get into building, so be aware. Hotel is an old building and obviously difficult to take care of compared to a new building. Room is comfortable. Bed comfortable. Lots of dusting needed. Bathroom clean on arrival; however, not cleaned during stay. Room AC was apparently broken as we had a portable unit that had to vent out of the French doors which when oven to vent, warm air came in. Mini fridge supposed be restock daily, but a few days while there it was not and we had to leave a note. I will say this was a nice area to stay in and close to coffee, restaurants and metro stops."
