"I rate my stay at citizenM Miami South Beach a 10/10. I’m not sure what this other mixed reviews were saying but my experience was phenomenal. The aesthetics of this place surpassed my expectations. The hotel was just beautifully pleasing and an amazing stay that I highly recommend others experience. I had no issues here. My room was amazing, all electronic based, bed was comfortable, and was very clean. The air conditioner worked great and I always had hot water. The location was very convenient to all shopping and dining. This place was near an amazing smoothie/acai shop called Sunlife Organics, near a rooftop cinema and museum. I highly recommend and will definitely come back. "

"There is easy access to the beautiful Beach. The building is still beautiful. The AC is probably not working in all areas due to the high heat. Complimentary breakfast including 🍞, cheese, cereals, milk, apple, banana, and coffee. "
