"I was told they didn’t have cars to the airport so I hired someone separate, then when they came they got turned away and I had to pay them and the hotel driver that was apparently the only one allowed to give me a ride. But the staff were friendly, the place was kept clean, and the vegetarian restaurant had incredible food and service!"

"Our stay at this property was truly remarkable, mostly due to the care and attention of the amazing staff, coupled with a spectacularly appointed property. We had experienced amazing hospitality at the Leela resorts prior to our stay at the JW, but this was at an entirely different level. Heartwarming Hospitality & a Truly Memorable Stay

"My wife and I recently spent 3 nights at Fairfield by Marriott Anjuna Beach, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place for our babymoon. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful—clean, peaceful, and ideally located for both relaxation and easy access to North Goa’s vibrant spots. The food was great, the amenities well-maintained, and the overall vibe was calm and welcoming. What made our stay truly special, though, was the incredible team. A heartfelt thank you to Mukesh, Tushar, Sabaji, and Chanchali, who went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and memorable. They were kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their thoughtful gestures and constant care added such a personal touch—especially appreciated during this special phase in our lives. Amazing staff and hotel

"The attention to detail and level of service was excellent. The only negative about this place is that some of the guests behaviour is an absolute joke e.g if they want your sun bed, they’ll happily throw your stuff off or even use it as there isnt many there, this isn’t the hotels fault though. The hotel and staff itself are excellent"

"Very friendly people who would do anything to make you stay very comfortable. The club room staff and facilities were excellent and the people always had a wonderful outlook and friendly smiles. The restaurants had everything you could ask of and the chefs were always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and did everything to make sure you were happy with the wonderful meals. The whole estate was immaculately maintained to a very high standard. Our first time in Goa and surely won’t be the last!! We will surely be back with our family to the Grand Hyatt !!."

"It was an amazing experience. I simply loved this property. I went with my friend and her 4 yr old son and my 5 yr old daughter. It had play area, game zone, movies in the evening on the amphitheatre, buffet was absolutely amazing. Would recommend for families to have a stay here, if especially you have your own transport "

"Our stay was fantastic! The ambiance was amazing, and one of the best perks of booking the Taj Village Resort is that you also get access to both Taj Fort Aguada and the Village Resort. The property is expansive, well-maintained, and impeccably clean. The direct access to the beach is another major highlight.
