"This is a good budget hotel situated in a great location, so Clifton Hills, the Falls, and casinos are all within walking distance. I have stayed at many hotels in the Falls, some on the pricier side, and some very similar to Falls Lodge. I think it is a good choice but not the best in the same inn/budget hotel price range. Check-in/out: Front desk was easy and straightforward. The people were pleasant. Breakfast: Not a great experience. You can only get breakfast before 9am, and the offerings weren't great. I have had better continental breakfast at other inns/cheap stays in the Falls. Cleanliness: You get what you pay for, but the room I stayed in was just OK. It was extremely dusty, so much you could see the dust particles floating in the air. The bathroom tubs were not that clean. The bed, thankfully, was fine, with clean sheets. Parking: The upside of going to a smaller less expensive hotel in the Falls is how much easier it is to park vs. going into a massive garage. I got a ground floor room, so I liked having my car just a few feet away from my room door. One complaint I have, which is likely all the rooms and a feature of the building, is it is noisy. The walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbours snoring, using the bathroom, every conversation. I believe that reason alone is why I probably wouldn't come back. Perhaps, if you get an isolated room away from other guests, noise is limited. But you can seriously hear everything."

"The property was perfect for our trip. First time to Niagara Falls, our room (we requested a room with a view of the falls) was on the 14th floor and looked right down at the falls. Early morning views before venturing out for the day and evening views once the "light" show started were amazing."
