"Kaycee (unsure of spelling) was very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful, worth having, and the fresh fruit was beautiful. Nice atmosphere, though the lovely classical music was cut off mid breakfast twice. Maybe after breakfast would be better time to change the music. Access to the room with the terrace was terrible; I suggest leading people across the lawn instead of past the untidy wood pile and down the rustic but uneven steps. Or through the back gate on the road instead, especially if they have large luggage. It was a great room though. Great location, lovely 15/20 minute walk to Bath centre but not much else nearby. Would recommend and stay again."

In fact all the staff where very helpful (Tsekani maintenance man) was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and plenty to eat very enjoyable. The hotel and rooms where very clean , I would definitely book here again if I am the area."
