"Very nice traditional decor, good breakfast selection, great location and good value for money. Few cobwebs and slight issues with the plumbing but this is to be expected of such an old building! "

"Cleanliness was tops. Distance to Heathrow and ease of shuttle to the airport were great, but we expected it to be free. When we called to book, and ask about a shuttle, we found out it was available, but no one mentioned a per person fee....we had spent all our pounds so we wouldn't take any home to the states, and the driver didn't have change for a 20pound note, so we had to use a debit card. Minor annoyance, but..."
