"Lobby was closed due to renovation. Also the rooms above us were being renovated. Lot of loud working starting at 8am. Woke us up. The hotel did not notify us about the work before hand and offered no compensation. Staff was nice and friendly not their fault. Definitely poorly owned."

"We had a great stay overall. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful, and the breakfast staff was so sweet and kind. Breakfast was okay and convenient each morning. I also liked that there was a Dollar General close to the hotel, which made it easy to grab anything we needed. The room was clean and everything went well during our stay. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the pool was closed. I really wished it had been open, but besides that, everything else was great."

"Hotel was perfect for our trip. Great location to Opry Mills, Grand ole Opry and the Gaylord hotel. Short drive into downtown Nashville but there is a shuttle that goes downtown for $15 per person round trip. Lots of great restaurants near the hotel too. Staff were very helpful recommending some to us. Will stay there again. "

"Shower head needs fixing in the room we stayed in. It’s basically a pipe sticking out of a hole in the wall. Everything else was wonderful."

"Well, the property no doubt needs re-modeling. VERY noisy due to bar near room 117. Some trouble sleeping. Didn't eat their breakfast. Mike at front desk was very helpful with clogged toilet in room upon check-in. Room rate was cheap but will not utilize this property again. "

"The room was in shambles! The bed was broken, air conditioning didn’t work the first night. Tried calling down to the desk at night and no one answered. Staff was outside, headphones on smoking on the bench next to the door. Air conditioner was fixed the next day when I spoke to a female at the front desk. Bathroom door was not able to be closed, 1/2 inch gap. Front desk staff was friendly The breakfast area was clean. Carpets are horribly filthy"

"It was so dirty and stinky that we left early just get out of the place. Felt like we had to shower the feeling of dirtiness off of ourselves after we left. We even skipped breakfast because of it. Staff was pleasant though."
