"The staff are very friendly The rooms are clean and they offer a hot breakfast You are also located across from the outlet mall for Grand Old Opry and Gaylord hotel and a couple of big honky tonks in the same parking lot as this hotel which is convenient when you don't feel like going down to Broadway but when you do want to go to Broadway it's a very short Uber drive"

"The property is large and beautifully landscaped inside and out. the rooms are pricey and so are the restaurants but there are good options within a mile of the resort. Unlike Disney World, I saw very few trash cans but no trash. Rooms with a balcony facing the garden conservatory are the best."
